Saturday February 28^th 2009. Launch -47 days.

I have to admit that last night, when I got home, I was almost too tired to do anything. Despite resting well last night and sleeping eight hours, which is a lot for me, I still felt utterly drained this morning. The last six weeks have been hard and the next few are going to be very tough. There was a quick trip into the office in the morning, but that was only to drop off a rather nice pot plant that a colleague had given to me: the plant is now on the window sill. After that it was off to the garden shop where yet another bonsai and assorted other plants were added to my collection: it is nice being surrounded by plants in the house. However, by the time that I had finished cooking lunch afterwards I was out on my feet.

The day’s bad news: Ireland just hung on to beat England in the rugby this afternoon. Do I dare go into work on Monday??? It’s going to be hell working with two Irishmen!
