- The book is officially published in the USA on November 5th. You cannot purchase a copy in the shops before then, but you can purchase online.
- This is also the date when the third impression of the book will be available.
- The first impression (13 000 copies), was printed in September 1999. All the copies are now sold, or spoken for.
- A second impression (3 000 copies) was requested in mid-October. This however, has not covered demand, so...
- A third impression (I don’t know how many copies are being printed on this occasion) has been started.
- In The United Kingdom the publishing date is December 1st. This is to allow the copies to be distributed to the UK publisher (John Wiley) and retail outlets. Copies may be ordered, but not purchased before then.
