• The book is officially published in the USA on November 5^th. You cannot purchase a copy in the shops before then, but you can purchase online.
• This is also the date when the third impression of the book will be available.
• The first impression (13 000 copies), was printed in September 1999. All the copies are now sold, or spoken for.
• A second impression (3 000 copies) was requested in mid-October. This however, has not covered demand, so...
• A third impression (I don’t know how many copies are being printed on this occasion) has been started.
• In The United Kingdom the publishing date is December 1^st. This is to allow the copies to be distributed to the UK publisher (John Wiley) and retail outlets. Copies may be ordered, but not purchased before then.
